Wild Prairie Development is a brand new, planned residential  development in West Liberty, Iowa. 

As developers, we are very excited to be in the initial construction phases of our Phase I.  We have assembled a team of extremely competent and hardworking engineers, surveyors, and contractors to bring Phase I to fruition. Our goal is to make Wild Prairie a beautiful expansion of our diverse small city by offering new housing lots within the city limits.
